Lozier trained technicians are licensed by the State of Iowa.
That means that Lozier service technicians have been provided with comprehensive education and have been tested for certification. "This is the second time in 4 years we have used Lozier for an AC emergency. Response time is quick hours, not days. Explanation of problem and cost to repair made clear prior to work being done. Shawn was thorough in his assessment of our unit and quick with the repair explaining everything as he went. Given the time of year and the local issues with massive flash flooding last evening in the DM area I was shocked they could get us in so quickly. "I called at 4:50am on Memorial Day with a broken air conditioner. The day was expected to reach temperature of close to 100 degrees. I was panicked as I keep my house at 65degrees. They said they could come out but it would be late morning or early afternoon. Much to my surprise they came early at 9:30am. My air conditioner was fixed by 10:10am and All was right again in my house. Thank you Mike and Lozier's!"

"Brian did an excellent job servicing our air conditioner for the season. He installed a new filter and fixed a small part that was leaking water, for no extra charge. "Our AC went out! The house was 85 degrees... I called 3 different companies, one said they would put me on the list but no estimation on which day or time, second company said 2-4 days, depending on the weather... Lozier said most likely the same day depending on if the tech would have to go outside in the rain, understandable... They called at 4- were here by 4:30- fixed and ready to go by 5:30. The tech was very professional and polite. Reasonably priced and honest- I am pleased and will use them again :)"

"We have been using Lozier's since we moved to DSM in 1990. Today was our service/tune up and Shawn was thorough and efficient. In checking the AC unit, he noticed that it was not working to capacity. I made the decision to replace the part now rather than to have an emergency call later this summer. "10 years ago we got a new HVAC system from Loziers. We sign up for the yearly maintenance plan, which insures a system check each spring and fall. All technicians have been prompt, clean and polite. Larry, who serviced our unit before, was here today. As usual, very polite, prompt and knowledgeable, answered all questions and left me feeling comfortable and reassured that our system is working properly."
