Lozier trained technicians are licensed by the State of Iowa.
That means that Lozier service technicians have been provided with comprehensive education and have been tested for certification. "Design and Sales Consultant Scott M. was great, both during the sales process and in-person at the home on installation day to ensure all went well. Even after the sale he followed up on a few questions and went above and beyond. The installation team, Joe & Joe, did a terrific job correcting an awkward install another company did in the past as well as installing the new equipment with great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Lozier!"

"Ryan and Joe from Lozier did an absolutely wonderful job. Both went above and beyond to get the job done right. Ryan laid out the cost and benefits perfectly and didn't try to over sell me. He made sure I knew what I was paying for and understood that I was in a budget. Joe worked hard to fix issues he found in the AC that a different company installed 2 years earlier when he was technically only there to replace the heater. Lozier made sure that when they left everything was perfect and working correctly, whether they installed it originally or not. I don't leave many reviews online but Lozier earned my time to write this one."

I called Lozier, and we had a tech in our house within the hour. He was extremely helpful, explained everything, and our two kids didn’t freeze to death in the night. "We have been using Lozier's since we moved to DSM in 1990. Today was our service/tune up and Shawn was thorough and efficient. In checking the AC unit, he noticed that it was not working to capacity. I made the decision to replace the part now rather than to have an emergency call later this summer. "10 years ago we got a new HVAC system from Loziers. We sign up for the yearly maintenance plan, which insures a system check each spring and fall. All technicians have been prompt, clean and polite. Larry, who serviced our unit before, was here today. As usual, very polite, prompt and knowledgeable, answered all questions and left me feeling comfortable and reassured that our system is working properly."
