Mobile Home Equipment
When it comes to heating and cooling your mobile home, there are considerations that have to be accounted for that many traditional heating and cooling systems don’t handle. That’s where mini-split systems help fill the gap. Because you are only heating or cooling a couple rooms at the most, you likely won’t need the full capabilities of a central heating and cooling system. Not just because it’s more system than you need, but they are more expensive, cost more to run, and can impact your energy efficiency.
Small, Quiet and Comfortable
Mini-split systems are the ideal solution because they are small, quiet and provide comfort for your mobile home without overdoing it. The efficiency levels of mini-split systems are also great, boasting energy ratings of up to 22 SEER* and 10.20 HSPF**, meaning that you can stay perfectly comfortable without having to worry about sending your energy costs through the roof.
In addition to the great efficiency they provide, mini-split systems are easy to install and can be up and running in no time. They require little space with the small wall-mounted indoor unit that is connected via a small hole in the wall to an outdoor unit so you don’t have to worry about having your home exposed with a window-mounted system.
At Lozier, we have two types of mini-split systems, as well as two mini-split heat pumps and a mini-split air conditioner, so you are able to decide which best fits your comfort and budget needs.

* SEER, or Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio, measures the cooling efficiency of your air conditioner or heat pump. A higher SEER rating means greater energy efficiency and more savings for you and the environment.
** HSPF, or Heating Seasonal Performance Factor, measures the heating efficiency of your heat pump. A higher HSPF rating means greater energy efficiency, more savings and is better for the environment.
