Whether it’s hot or cold outside, Lozier Heating and Cooling always takes pride in servicing Des Moines area homeowners. As members of the coveted Dave Lennox or Circle of Excellence Award since 1999, we are able to provide the community with top-of-the-line furnaces, air conditioners and air quality control units. This year, we decided to see how many people in the Des Moines metro we help and what they think about our services.

Since 1906, Lozier heating and cooling has proudly served families in the Des Moines metro. Lozier was founded upon family-based values, which is why we love providing essential services to Des Moines families. We spend our time fixing the machines in your home that keep you comfortable. Whether it’s replacing a broken A/C unit in the summer or repairing a furnace in the winter, Lozier is happy to provide excellent service when you need it most. Last year we spent approximately 13,500 hours repairing air conditioners, and about 18,900 hours fixing furnaces.

Lozier understands that heating and cooling is an urgent matter. That’s why we offer round-the-clock 24/7 emergency service. If you’re having an issue and need to get the temperature of your home or business back on track right away, call Lozier for efficient service. During our peak seasons, it’s not uncommon for us to receive 15-20 calls and from time to time 40-50 calls in a single night.

We offer a variety of energy-efficient products for our customers to choose from. These top-of-the-line products save money and can usually be programmed to run at optimal times. Some of our best energy-efficient products, like the Lennox XC25 air conditioner and the Lennox SLP98V gas furnace, use Precise Comfort® and iComfort®-enabled technology to adjust automatically to your temperature needs. With this technology, we’ve helped over 300 Des Moines residents make their home more energy efficient.

Thanks to our quality Lozier heating and cooling services, our business is expanding. Last year we hired six new employees to keep up with the growing demand for our services.

Thermostats are just as important for your home as air conditioners and furnaces. It keeps you at a comfortable temperature and constantly monitors your home’s environment so it can adjust as the temperature changes. Lozier heating and cooling installed 455 top-of-the-line WiFi thermostats last year that let homeowners adjust their home’s temperature from anywhere using a smartphone, tablet or laptop. Our high-tech equipment keeps your home at the exact temperature you like with little variance.

Lozier heating and cooling has won the Dave Lennox or Lennox Circle of Excellence Award every year since 1999. This honor goes out to an elite group among the top 65 Lennox dealers across North America. We are also a SAVE-certified contractor approved by Alliant Energy and MidAmerican Energy.

Our technicians are dedicated to serving the Des Moines metro and have since 1906. Over the years we’ve traveled many miles to help those in our community with the HVAC needs. In the last year, Lozier employees have traveled a total of 475,000 miles to help Des Moines area families stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
